Job Opening: Quantity Surveyor Position (0-2 Yrs Experience)
The company A.Y. TOUMAZIS Quantity Surveyors L.L.C is seeking immediate recruitment for the position of Quantity Surveyor in Limassol.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Preparation of tender documents (BoQ, information to tenderers, preliminaries, etc)
• Preparation of monthly valuations for Contractors/Subcontractors
• Pricing of variations
• Preparation of final account
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related subject
• Good knowledge of AUTOCAD design program (or similar)
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows
• Good organizational skills; Competent in time management and achieving deadlines
• Effective decision making
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Knowledge of CostX or WinQS will be considered a bonus but not necessary
• Relevant working experience will be considered a bonus (1-2 years) but NOT NECESSARY
